Can I live in the property?
For Fix & Flip and Cash Out Refinance product, you may not live in the property. The property must be purchased for business purposes only.
How soon can I close on a property?
If all requested documentation is provided in a timely manner, we can accommodate closing as soon as 21 days.
What credit score do I need to get approved?
We are an asset based lender. We can provide funding for buyers with credit scores as low as 500.
